*1101In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Weiss, J.), dated September 10, 2009, which granted that branch of the motion of the defendants L.L. Salavel and Metroplex Holdings, Inc., which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
