This is an interlocutory appeal by the plaintiff from an order requiring him to give security for costs in the sum of $300. The complaint was filed on November 20, the answer on December 13, 1920, and defendant’s motion that the plaintiff be required to give a bond for costs on May 4, 1921. The motion in itself does not set forth .the facts on which defendant relies but concludes with “this motion is based upon the record and files herein and the affidavit of Alfred L.
