—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Leis, J.), dated June 17, 1994, which granted the defendants’ motion for partial summary judgment dismissing the plaintiff’s claim for damages for enhanced injuries based on the negligent design of the defendants’ truck and (2) an order of the same court dated September 21, 1994, which denied the plaintiff’s motion for reargument and granted the defendants’ cross motion to quash certain subpoenas.
