STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On September 4, 1981, Eulas Harold Hooks and Barbara T. Hooks, Debtors, filed with the Court their petition under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. On November 3, 1982, the United States of America, United States Department of Agriculture, Farmers Home Administration (FmHA), filed a “Complaint to Determine Lien Priority.” Named as Defendants are the Madison Production Credit Association (PCA), Mr. Dewitt Avery, and Debtors.
