This matter comes before the court on a Motion for Reconsideration of the Order Denying Debtor’s Motion for Sanctions [Dkt. No. 50] (the “Motion for Reconsider-ation”) filed by Tanya M. Snorden, the debtor in the above-captioned case (the “Debtor”).
