RALEIGH BROWN, Justice.
This is a summary judgment case. Marguerite L. Oram brought in the Probate Court of Dallas County a bill of review seeking to have declared null and void previous orders of the court. The orders authorized the execution of a lease with option to purchase certain property of Marguerite Oram. The lease named General American Oil Company, lessee. It was ex ecuted by Alma L.
