PER CURIAM: *

Amado Mendoza appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment for the *128defendant Bell Helicopter. For the reasons stated below, we affirm.

BACKGROUND

We are writing exclusively for the parties who are aware of the evidence in this case. Therefore an exhaustive factual summary is unnecessary. In short, Amado Mendoza (“Mendoza”), a United States citizen of Hispanic descent, began working as a tool and die maker at Bell Helicopter (“Bell”) in 2005.
