This matter is before the court for a hearing on the motions of Aero Occidente, Ltda. and Aero Mercantil, S.A., as third-party claimants, to dissolve the plaintiffs, Mr. Alberto Gacharna, pre-judgment attachment lien on two (2) aircraft which were registered with the Federal Aviation Administration in the name of the defendant, Air Operations International.
