This is a judgment roll appeal by Fred B. Hart as administrator of the estate of Augustus Boring Hart, deceased, from a decree of the probate court. Appellant-administrator filed in the estate proceedings a document entitled “Petition, Waiver, Report and Accounting of Administrator. ’ ’ As reflected in the document the status of estate proceedings stood as follows: Notice to creditors had been published.
