This action was brought by Julia Joski, administratrix of the estate of John Joski, deceased, for the benefit of the decedent’s mother. The action was begun in Kittitas county, where the defendant resided. Thereafter, the plaintiff moved for a transfer to Pierce county on the ground of convenience of witnesses, and the case was so transferred.
