This is an appeal of the district court’s award of Rule 11 sanctions against the plaintiffs’ attorney, Claudene T. Arrington. For the following reasons, the judgment of the district court is affirmed.

Billy Ray Johnson suffered disabling injuries resulting from an assault, and his friend Lue Wilson brought a civil suit in Texas state court against the assailants on his behalf.
