This consolidated proceeding in the district court in relation to bankruptcy matters presents issues regarding the effect of purported notices of interlocutory appeal and various requests for leave to proceed on interlocutory appeal from different orders of the bankruptcy court in the adversary proceeding identified in the various parts of the caption, above.
