Atrion Networking Corp. (“Atrion”), a Rhode Island information technology services firm, has brought claims for breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation, and unjust enrichment against Marble Play, LLC (“Marble Play”), stemming from Atrion’s design of a website for Marble Play.
