OPINION

BILLINGS, Judge:

T1 Sandra Spry, aka Sandra Chlopitsky (Defendant), having obtained our leave to take an interlocutory appeal, appeals the trial court's order denying her motion to compel discovery and granting the State's motion for discovery. We affirm.

BACKGROUND
