The defendant, convicted in a trial to the jury on a charge of speeding in violation of § 14-219 of the General Statutes, has appealed, assigning error in (1) the court's refusal to find certain material facts which were either admitted or undisputed; (2) the denial of the motion to set aside the verdict; (3) the denial of the motion for a new trial; and (4) certain rulings on evidence.
