THIS IS a Chapter 7 case, and the matter under consideration is the dischargeability of certain tax obligations owed by the Plaintiffs to the United States of America (Government) for the calendar years 1987, 1988, and 1989. In its single count complaint, Mr. and Mrs. Greco (Debtors) contend that their tax obligations are dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a).
