*531 Defendant appeals his jury conviction of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC-III) (incapacitated complainant), *630 MCL 750.520d(1)(c), and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC-IV) (incapacitated complainant), MCL 750.520e(1)(c). 1 The trial court sentenced defendant to 30 to 180 months' imprisonment for the CSC-III conviction and 12 to 24 months' imprisonment for the CSC-IV conviction. On appeal, defendant argues that the trial court erred by granting the prosecution's motion to allow the complaining witness to testify while accompanied by a support dog and its handler. We agree,…
