In an action for divorce brought under the provisions of subdivision (6) of section 170 of the Domestic Relations Law, plaintiff alleges that a separation agreement was entered into by the parties on September 8,1966, which was filed in the County Clerk’s office on September 21, 1966. The parties have since been separated under the terms of that agreement for a period in excess of the minimal two-year requirement of the statute.
