Bauer v. Bauer

This is an appeal from a judgment quieting title in Alvin Bauer and Mary Bauer, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs, to the east half of the northeast quarter of Section 30, Township 8 North, Range 5, in Lancaster County, Nebraska. The defendants in the district court were Arthur Bauer and Irene Bauer, husband.and wife, and Clara Loos. An appeal has been perfected by Arthur Bauer, who1 is the sole appellant herein. He will hereinafter be referred to as defendant.
