A Norfolk County grand jury indicted the eight named defendants on charges relating to the obtaining of fraudulent loans from the Wollaston Credit Union (“WCU”). All defendants have moved to dismiss on the ground that the integrity of the grand jury proceeding was impaired. Defendant Louis G.
