MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

I. Introduction

This lawsuit arises under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”). (Doc. 1 at 1). Plaintiff Dorothy Smith (“Ms. Smith”) most recently amended her lawsuit on July 28, 2014. (Doc. 82).
