—Appeal by the defendant from an amended judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Spinner, J.), rendered June 11, 1999, revoking a sentence of probation previously imposed by the same court (Weissman, J.), upon a finding that he violated a condition thereof, after a hearing, and imposing a sentence upon his previous conviction of attempted burglary in the second degree (two counts).
Ordered that the amended judgment is affirmed.
