MILLIKEN, Judge.

The sole issue on this appeal is whether part of the award by the Workmen’s Compensation Board should be apportioned to the Special Fund.

This is an appeal by Ricky Coal Company from the judgment of the Letcher Circuit Court, which affirmed an award of the Workmen’s Compensation Board that the appellee, Willis Adams, is totally disabled as the result of a traumatic injury sustained on January 3, 1966, the duration of which cannot now be determined. Ricky asks that the award to Adams be apportioned in part to the Special Fund which had been made a respondent before the Board.
