Shields appeals an order of the Washington County Circuit Court granting summary judgment in favor of appellees Northwest Medical Center of Washington County and John H. Kendrick, M.D. Shields’s points on appeal are directed not at the granting of the summary judgment, but at his attorney’s representation of him in this matter.
