This is an appeal from a judgment against defendants in an action brought by the relators Attorney General and State of Colorado in the name of the United States as qui tam plaintiffs under section 232(B) of the False Claims Act. 31 U.S.C. §§ 231-235 (currently codified at sections 3729-3731).
