This matter came before the Court on the motion for relief from stay filed April 13, 1987 by Belle Isle Company, Inc. At the conclusion of a preliminary hearing conducted on May 12, 1987, the Court set the matter for a final hearing on June 8, 1978 and directed counsel to submit briefs on the issues raised by the pleadings and the evidence adduced at the preliminary hearing.
