Plaintiff National Continental Insurance Company ("NCIC") brought this declaratory judgment action against Defendants Nikola Vukovic ("Vukovic"), AAA Freight Incorporated ("AAA"), and Miljan Rancic ("Rancic") (collectively, "Defendants"), seeking a determination that NCIC has no duty to defend or indemnify the Defendants in a personal injury lawsuit in the Circuit Court of Cook County styled Nikola Vukovic v.
