Donna Scheibler (“Scheibler”) brought suit in a Pennsylvania state court against Highmark Blue Shield and Keystone Health Plan West, Inc. (collectively “Defendants”) for claims related to the alleged denial of certain health care benefits to which she claimed her husband was entitled under her health care plan.
