The plaintiffs, claiming to bo owners of certain lands in the town of Coushatta, sue the defendants for damages for throwing down their fences, and also enjoin them against further and apprehended repetition of the acts complained of. All of the parties were at the time residents of the town; one of them town marshal, and the other two defendants property-holders as well as residents.
