For the second time, we are asked to resolve some of the issues arising in this protracted employment discrimination class action between Willie Mae Payne and Travenol Laboratories, Inc. The district court issued a decree on August 18, 1980. The *805decree, while leaving unfinished the back pay segment of this case, largely concludes the formulation of injunctive relief.
