This suit is to foreclose a railroad mortgage. The complainant alleges that he is the owner and holder of nineteen bonds of $500 each of the Mays Landing and Egg Harbor City Railroad Company, on which there has been default in the payment of the semi-annual interest since the 1st day of October, 1883. These bonds are part of a series of seventy-five bonds, .each of $500, numbered consecutively from one to seventy-five, amounting in the aggregate to $37,500, and payable October 1st, 1900, with interest at the rate of seven per cent, per annum, payable half yearly, on the 1st days…
