In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants appeal from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Hart, J.), entered July 19, 2013, which granted the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment on the issue of liability.
Ordered that the amended order is affirmed, with costs.
