—During March, 1978 Pamela L. Kenney began living separate and apart from her husband, Stephen P. Kenney. Thereafter, on September 22, 1978, Blair County Legal Services, Inc. filed with this court a com*204plaint in divorce on behalf of Mrs. Kenney. Simultaneously, a petition for leave to proceed in forma pauperis was also filed on behalf of Mrs. Kenney. Service of the complaint was duly had upon defendant, Mr. Kenney, on September 23, 1978.
