This is a contested proceeding for the appointment of an administrator for the estate of Jason Pessoni, who died intestate on May 20, 2005, survived by his parents, John Pessoni and Mary Ann Loehmann, and his brother, Eric Pessoni. The estate consists of personal property having a value of approximately $10,000 and a cause of action for conscious pain and suffering and wrongful death.
