Calvin Ross (“Claimant”) has filed a notice of appeal from the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission’s (“Commission”) decision regarding unemployment benefits. We dismiss the appeal.

The Division of Employment Security (“Division”) issued an order of assessment of overpaid benefits, concluding that Claimant was paid $1,352 in unemployment benefits during a period of ineligibility.
