Eidson v. Mathews

This case arises out of a collision between two automobiles. The car being driven by defendant’s testate, *712Howell P. Eidson, was alleged to have collided with plaintiff’s car. The complaint alleges that the plaintiff suffered personal injury and property damages caused by the negligence of Eidson. A trial was had with the jury finding in favor of the plaintiff and awarding damages.
