This was an action by an employe, for.damages, on account of personal injuries received from the breaking of a bridge or walkway over a ditch or trench.
The first assignment of error raises the question of *124the correctness of the action of the court in overruling defendant’® demurrer to the complaint. The 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th clauses, set out in the amendment to the demurrer, raise the point as to whether the complaint was defective in not specifically describing the nature of the defect in the bridge.
