This matter comes before the Court on a Motion by the Complainant for Judgment Notwithstanding the Verdict or alternatively to set aside the verdict and grant a new trial.

This case was initiated by a Complaint for Injunctive Relief filed by the Bellevue Landowners’ Council, Inc. (BLOC) versus Charles G. and Lori K. Marterella (Marterella or Defendants).
