Plaintiff Brooks Lewis (“Plaintiff’) filed the instant putative class action against his former employer, UBS Financial Services Inc. (“UBS”), alleging violations of the California Labor Code and California’s Unfair. Competition Law (“UCL”), Cal. Bus. and Prof.Code § 17200.
