1Opinion of the Court

*455In an action, inter alia, pursuant to RPAPL article 15 to determine claims to real property, and for a judgment declaring that the plaintiffs are the owners of the subject real property, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Lifson, J.), dated April 7, 2003, which, among other things, denied their motion for a preliminary injunction enjoining and restraining the defendants from taking any action restricting access by the plaintiffs to the subject property and granted the defendants’ cross motion pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7) to dismiss the complaint.
