DECISION

Plaintiffs Gary and Jane Enos ask this Court to declare that two contiguous lots of land that they own are exempt from the merger provisions of the Town of Richmond Zoning Ordinance. Plaintiffs further ask this Court to issue a writ of mandamus to order the Town to correct its records to reflect this exemption. Defendants Kathy Damicis, in her capacity as Treasurer of the Town of Richmond, and Elizabeth J.
