12Pefendant/appellant, Bobby Wilford (‘Wilford”), takes this appeal from his convictions and sentences on two counts of criminal activity. For reasons that follow, we affirm.

The Jefferson Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information charging Wilford with one count of possession of marijuana, fifth offense, in violation of La. R.S. 40:966(C) (Count 1) and one count of possession of cocaine in violation of La. R.S. 40:967(C) (Count 2). Wilford was arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty to each count.
