Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Murray F. Tuley, Judge presiding. On the 29th of June, 1888, Charles B. The main question presented on the pleadings and facts appearing in this record is, whether the title of the riparian owner on a lake meandered in the original survey by officers employed by the United States for surveying public lands, extends to the center of the lake or stops at the water’s edge.
