Christensen v. Equity Cooperative Livestock Sale Ass'n

L.C. Christensen & Co. appeals a judgment on the verdict dismissing its action for conversion of cattle against Equity Cooperative Livestock Sale Association. Equity acted as auctioneer for Gerald Pearson in numerous sales of cattle in which Christensen originally held a security interest.
