I am writing in response to your request for an opinion on the following questions:
1. Would it be a conflict of interest or are there any ethical issues that arise for a member of the Arkansas Highway Commission to serve as an employee, consultant, independent contractor, volunteer for the Governor and the Governor's office in which he or she represents the Governor?
