LIVINGSTON, Chief Justice.

This appeal is from a final decree of the Circuit Court of Mobile County, in Equity, dismissing appellants’ bill of complaint seeking a declaratory judgment and reformation of a deed.

Prior to November 17, 1943, certain of the appellants and certain of the appellees joined together for the purpose of religious worship and formed the unincorporated religious society known as The .Church of God of Prichard, Alabama.
