Hilton Nathaniel Hudson, Jr. was convicted of murder and firearm possession charges arising out of the 1993 shooting death of Charles Walters. He appeals from the denial of his motion for new trial, contending that his speedy trial and due process rights were violated, that he received ineffective assistance of counsel and that limiting instructions should have been given by the trial court. Finding no error, we affirm.
