MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This case came before the Court on January 4th, 2000 for a hearing on the motion filed by secured creditor Edwin Meléndez Rosa (hereinafter “the Movant”) requesting the lift of stay pursuant to Section 362(d) of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 362(d).
