In an action in which a judgment of divorce had been granted, the defendant appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered February 8, 1979, as (1) modified the judgment of divorce by increasing defendant’s child support payments from $7.50 per week to $35 per week; and (2) ordered that defendant be further responsible for "one half of all educational and medical expenses which are incurred on behalf of the infant beyond the amounts covered by collateral sources”.
