MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

*39Defendant Coloplast Corp. moves for summary judgment on plaintiff-relator Amy Lestage's claim that Coloplast violated the anti-retaliation provision of the False Claims Act ("FCA"), 31 U.S.C. § 3730(h).
